Our founder story

Built from skill, discipline, and a bigger vision.

The origin

A skill forged in Sokoto.

My name is Chinwoke Malachy, the proud founder of Jerky Delight Foods, and at just twenty-six, my journey has been anything but ordinary.

I am a graduate of Madonna University, but my real education began during my youth service in Sokoto State, where I learned the art and discipline of making kilishi.

What started as a simple skill quickly turned into a vision, one that I carried back with me to Lagos State and built into what is today known as Jerky Delight Foods.

National reach

150+ stores. 300+ distributors.

From humble beginnings, Jerky Delight Foods has grown into a leading kilishi brand, proudly supplying over 150 supermarkets across Lagos and working with more than 300 distributors nationwide.

But beyond the numbers, what truly sets us apart is the system we have built, one that allows everyday people to plug into our business, buy our products, and resell for profit in their own locations.

We did not just build a brand; we built an opportunity. Through our structured distribution model and credit facilities, many people with little or no starting capital have launched, grown, and sustained their own income streams through kilishi sales.

Jerky Delight Foods is more than just kilishi. It is a movement of growth, empowerment, and financial independence, and this is just the beginning.
