How delivery works

Orders are prepared after payment is confirmed. Delivery timelines below are estimates from the point of payment confirmation, not from when you place the order.

We deliver across Nigeria through our delivery zones. Choose your zone at checkout to see the fee and estimated arrival time for your order.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may begin processing on the next business day. Delays caused by logistics partners, weather, traffic, or events outside our control may extend delivery beyond the estimates shown.

Free delivery

Orders with a subtotal of ₦50,000.00 or more qualify for free delivery on eligible delivery zones. Pickup zones are excluded from free-delivery promotions.

Order tracking & updates

After payment, you will receive email updates as your order moves through preparation, dispatch, and delivery. Our team may also contact you by phone or WhatsApp if we need clarification about your address or delivery instructions.

Please keep your phone available on the estimated delivery day. Failed delivery attempts due to unreachable customers or incorrect addresses may delay fulfilment.

Outside listed zones

If your location is not covered by the zones above, contact us before ordering. We may be able to arrange delivery through a partner courier and will confirm any additional fee and timeline before you pay.
